Your child is our priority

When you bring your child into one of our Pre-School's, they will be greeted at the start of the session by their key person who will encourage them to join an activity. All activities offered and the equipment used is carefully chosen to present children with a range of activities that provide both familiar experiences and new ones to extend their learning.

Sand, water, play dough, puzzles, large and small construction toys, a creative area, free painting, role play and the book/quiet area will always be available for the children to choose. There will be opportunities for the children to participate in musical activities, cooking and outdoor play.

During the session the children will spend some quality time in small groups or on a one-to-one basis with their key person. This will provide an opportunity for a speaking and listening activity, sharing a story, or taking part in a guided activity based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) 2012 curriculum, allowing each child to progress at their own rate and learn in the way that is appropriate for them.
